Real purchases are not open. Read our intended digital-purchase policy and the exceptions required by law.

Current payment status
Real purchases are not open while merchant verification is pending. Administrator-only Razorpay sandbox testing uses test details and does not charge real money. An exam-pass sandbox transaction can activate seven days of test access; it is not a paid purchase.
Digital purchases when sales open
Our intended policy is no discretionary refunds for a change of mind after a digital course or pass has been purchased and access activated. Review the exact included content, language, access period and any exclusions before confirming a future purchase. Final purchase terms will be displayed before payment.
Rights and payment errors
This policy does not exclude remedies required by applicable consumer law, including for deficient or misdescribed services. Report duplicate charges, payment errors or access not supplied as purchased so they can be investigated. Keep the transaction reference; never send full card details, passwords or verification codes.
Sandbox records
Test payments are simulated and do not create a monetary refund claim. Do not enter real payment information in a test checkout.
